WHO IS INDY MEDIA ARTISTS? 

IMA, the Indy Media Artists.  (IndyMediaArtists.org), is an officially authorized Adobe User Group.

We are professional and amateur web designers, web developers, photographers, videographers and editors, 3-D designers and graphic designers.  We are business owners and technical experts.  We are students and professionals alike.  Ultimately, we are digital media artists who are enthusiastic about the industry in which we work.

WHAT DOES INDY MEDIA ARTISTS DO?

We provide a forum of local experts that can help you with your digital media projects.  For the experts, you can share your knowledge and unique experience with others.  At D-MAG, we participate with software and book publishers by reviewing the latest software and titles.

Indy Media Artists also likes to give back to the communities in which we work and live.  We seek to do community projects with Not-For-Profit (what about Non-Profits?) agencies.  Indy Media Artists will provide the design and technical expertise without cost or obligation to the chosen groups.  It's another way we can use our expertise to contribute to those around us.

Whether it's help on a project, ideas for a new creation, a live sneak peak at the latest software or books, we can help.  We provide mini-training sessions at almost every meeting, so you can get your hands on the software and techniques you've been wanting to try.  Hear from special guests and experts in the fields about which you want to learn.  Get great door prizes like books and copies of software from our leading sponsors.
